Meet your mentor coach
Nikki Brown is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and holds a Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a coach instructor for the Laser-Focused Coaching Program and a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. She has mentored coaches at every stage, from first credential to renewal.
Nikki is also blind. In a coaching session she can’t rely on body language or a client’s expression, so she has spent years learning to hear what’s underneath the words: pace, tone, hesitation, and what isn’t being said. That is exactly the skill a mentor coach needs, and it’s the one she helps you build.
